PLEASE NOTE:
We generally work on a 3/4 day stage hire package so that we can setup the stage the day before the event and remove the stage the day after the event. There is generally no extra cost for this service. We can only provide this service if there is adequate security on site or the site is locked.
If you are booking the stage for a 1 day event, please let us know the correct times so our staff can be punctual! Please allow 90 minutes for our staff to setup the stage and take down the stage. Please also allow additional time for subcontractors, bands, Dj’s or PA companies to setup or remove equipment on and off the stage at the start and at the end of the event. Please make sure there is lighting on site so our staff can breakdown the stage safely.
